Two sides of the list
Every supplier on The Vendor List is either verified or unverified, and we make the difference loud on purpose.
Verified vendors
Audited by us. To earn the badge a vendor has to clear all four:
- A real video conversation with the people running the business, not a form.
- Proof it is a real business: registration, address, who is behind it.
- A minimum 6-month parts warranty and a real refund policy. No refund policy, no listing.
- Direct support for the community, including Reddit users, when a deal goes sideways.
Verified vendors can also connect their store so you can search their parts right here.
Unverified listings
On the list because they show up online or were added, not because anyone checked them out. We have not spoken to them, confirmed they exist as a company, or read their return policy.
Some are fine. Some could be unreliable or outright scammy. Order from them with your eyes open: you may not get what you were hoping for, and we cannot help you chase it.
The site asks on your first visit whether you want verified vendors only or the entire list, and you can flip it any time with the toggle above the map.
Are you a vendor who wants the badge?
Pick a listing plan, read the vendor rules, then book the recorded video interview from your office or warehouse. Brand-new companies with no history in the community are not accepted. Verification can be revoked if the policies stop being honored.
